The talks continue over a project that could transform the Ohio Valley in many ways, bringing with it a new economic outlook for hundreds of local families.
The meeting went underway Thursday and many were there anticipating an update on what could be one of the biggest projects Belmont County has seen in decades. Officials attended from P-T-T Global, the company behind the proposed cracker plant.
This project will be a huge undertaking, costing billions of dollars and more importantly hiring thousands of workers. Many sponsors of the project also attended to lay out the latest details and take questions from some of the local investors.
